What this website collects

This website has no accounts, no online payments and no advertising trackers. It uses Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement only if you accept them in the banner (see “Analytics and ad measurement” below).

Without your consent it sets no cookies. It stores your chosen language and your analytics choice in your browser (local storage). You can clear the language from the “Privacy & preferences” control in the footer, change your analytics choice with “Analytics choices” there, or clear both from your browser settings.

The enquiry form on the site does not send anything to our servers. When you press a send button, your device opens WhatsApp or your email app with the message prepared, and you decide whether to send it.

Analytics and ad measurement (only with your consent)

If you accept, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement (Google LLC) to measure visits, the pages viewed, which contact buttons are used (WhatsApp, telephone, email) and how our Google ads perform. Google sets cookies and receives your IP address and device and page information; we turn off ad personalisation (no remarketing lists) and Google signals. If you decline, nothing is loaded from Google. You can change your choice at any time with “Analytics choices” in the footer of the home page. Google may process this data outside Oman. Try-on preview

Some product pages offer a try-on preview. A photo you choose there is processed only in your browser: it is not uploaded, sent to us or stored, and it is gone when you close or reload the page. If you download the preview image, it is saved on your own device.

When you contact us

If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, telephone number and message. We use them to answer your enquiry and to follow up on it.

We keep them only as long as needed for your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and as required by law. Please do not send identity documents, payment card details or other sensitive information by WhatsApp or email.

Third parties

Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement (only if you accept) and links to Google Maps, social media platforms, Linktree and WhatsApp involve services run by other companies. When you use them, their own terms and privacy policies apply, and they may collect information about you.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, to the extent provided by the applicable laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Write to info@orelithjewellery.com.

Children

This website is not directed at children.

If we add services such as an online store, we will update this notice before they start. The date above shows the latest update.
